Wild Pickle Workshop: 10am - 12.30pm at the Parish Rooms, Church Street.

Wild Pickle Beginner’s Vegetable Fermentation Workshop. Explore the fabulous art of

wild fermentation; the history, science and tastes of sauerkraut and lacto fermented

foods. Take home a jar of organic veg ready to ferment from this hands on workshop.


Market Drayton Art Club Exhibition: 10am to 2pm at Ford Hall Farm.

An exhibition of work by local artists in a variety of media.


Craft Fair: 10am - 3pm at the Beacon Centre.

Local artisans display their own work. Browse and buy!


Exhibition of houses and estates around Market Drayton: 10am - 3pm at Market Drayton Museum, 53 Shropshire Street.

A collection of artefacts and archives showing the history of the Town, its trades and professions and items of curiosity.


Fashion Show: 11am to 12noon at The Factory Shop.

A showcase by the Factory Shop of their winter/Christmas range.


Self guided Drayton Poetry Trail: between 12 noon and 4pm starting at Market Drayton Library.

Follow the literary trail round Market Drayton. Themed verse aligned

to place and situation with fantasy, mystery and history; guaranteed to lead you astray!


Family Event: 1.30pm - 3pm at Fairfields Estate:

A Halloween themed fun and crafting afternoon for adults and children.


Dance Workshops hosted by Maggie Mays Performing Arts:

2pm - 3pm for 5 to 11 year olds. 3pm to 4pm for 12+ (adults welcome) at the Grove



A Choired Taste & Friends: 2.30pm - 4pm at the Methodist Church.

A Community Choir Event. An afternoon’s musical entertainment with: A Choired Taste

(Market Drayton); Grove School Choir; A Choired Taste (Newport); Guest Soloists. Sing

along with us or just sit back and enjoy the light music repertoire.


Jazz in the Afternoon: 4pm - 6pm at the Red Lion pub.

Music by the well known local band “The Hale Street Stompers”. Bar and food available.


A special Evensong Service combined with showcase performances from local groups and artists: 6.00 p.m. - 7.30 p.m. at St Mary's Church.

followed by refreshments. Admission Free.


Acclaimed Contemporary Musicians: 8pm - 11pm at the Sandbrook Vaults.

An informal evening in one of Market Drayton’s oldest public hous.
